Job description for Sourcing & Procurement Specialist at PT Brighty Global Sinergi
We are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement who will be responsible for identifying, researching, contacting, comparing, and recommending vendors for the needs of Hegemoni Group brands and manufacturing/factory operations.
Reporting directly to the Operational Manager, this role will play a key role in building a strong vendor pipeline, sourcing alternative suppliers, conducting vendor evaluations, handling initial negotiations, and ensuring the company works with competitive, reliable, and high-quality vendors that meet company standards.
REQUIRMENTS
- Minimum Diploma S1 Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, related field.
- Min 1 year experienced in supplier sourcing, vendor assessment, and commercial negotiations with local and international suppliers.
- Hands-on experience supporting existing product requirements and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced in maintaining supplier qualification records and material specification documents.
- Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and sourcing opportunities to drive cost optimization and continuous improvement.
- Support sourcing activities for both existing products and New Product Development (NPD) projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, QA, Production, and Planning, to ensure timely material availability.
- Condusct supplier evaluation, qualification, and performance monitoring in collaboration with the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
