Job description for Sosial Media Specialist at PT RIN Group
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end content creation / production for social media IG & TIKTOK, including ideation, shooting, editing, voiceover, script, etc
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and market objectives.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, short videos, stories)
- Manage social media & develop online such as Instagram, Tiktok, to drive traffic, customer acquisition and conversion
- Analyze social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, marketing, related stakeholders) for content execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum S1 Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing with in-depth experience in the F&B / Retail industry
- Basic knowledge of visual content production and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.).
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Have knowledge about how to operate SEO & SEM
- Experience in graphic design, content creation (ideation & execution), video production.
