Job description for Sommelier at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Bali
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Wine Sommelier
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, wine, whisky, and food pairing.
- Experience creating signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus.
- Excellent understanding of mixology techniques, garnishing, and presentation.
- Knowledge of bar inventory management, beverage costing, and stock control.
- Fluent in English
- Placement in Badung Bali.
