Job description for Solution Specialist (Telco IT) at Vesperia Global Merdeka

Tanggung Jawab

• Memimpin workstream fungsional sesuai domain: requirement, desain solusi, dan functional testing

• Menjamin kualitas requirement dan desain sebelum masuk tahap development

• Mengidentifikasi dampak lintas sistem bersama tim architecture, security, engineering, testing, dan operations

• Mendampingi SIT/UAT serta memastikan kesiapan sebelum Ready for Service (RFS)

• Memberikan rekomendasi solusi yang siap diputuskan kepada stakeholder bisnis dan IT

Kualifikasi Umum

• S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Elektro/Telekomunikasi, atau Bisnis

• Minimal 6–8 tahun pengalaman di IT project delivery atau solution/business analysis

• Kemampuan komunikasi, fasilitasi, dan stakeholder management yang kuat

• Fasih berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris

• Bersedia mengikuti interview dengan klien pada akhir Oktober 2026

Keahlian Domain (minimal salah satu)

• Mobile: digital mobile channel (app/web), telco CRM, product catalog, charging/billing, revenue assurance

• Household & Convergence: fixed broadband dan konvergensi, customer premises equipment, service provisioning & assurance, converged billing

• Enterprise, Digital Lifestyle & Corporate: enterprise product catalog, B2B order management, integrasi partner/ekosistem, middleware/API

• IT & Network Cybersecurity: platform IT dan jaringan telco, infrastruktur/cloud, security control, compliance framework (mis. ISO 27001), service resiliency
