Job description for SOLUTION ENGINEER / SYSTEM ANALYSIS at PT. SOD Technology Indonesia
Primary Responsibilities:
Analyse business requirements and design scalable, sustainable system and process solutions.
Create solution architecture documentation, business process flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify process improvements.
Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and business processes.
Develop quality assurance procedures and standards.
Conduct process simulations and risk assessments.
Prepare and manage audit programs (audit plans, schedules, checklists).
Manage document control, including review and distribution of effective documents.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and continual improvement initiatives.
Provide improvement recommendations based on audit findings and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
Experience in business process analysis and system solution design.
Ability to perform basic data analysis (using advanced Excel).
Familiarity with process diagramming tools such asMicrosoft Visio, Lucidchart, orDraw.io.
Experience with process simulation or business process modeling tools.
SQL querying skillsfor data analysis and information extraction from databases.
Experience in project design and documentation from concept to implementation.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, or software architecture is a plus.
2. Business & Analytical Skills:
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to understand business flows and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience in theinternet and TV service provider industry (FTTH, Fiber Optic)is advantage preferred.
Ability to develop audit plans, quality procedures, and document control systems.
3. Supporting & Soft Skills:
Highly motivated and able to work independently (self-directed).
Detail-oriented and structured in documentation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian and English.
Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive documents appropriately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Additional Advantages:
Experience as a Process Engineer, System Analyst, or Solution Engineer.
Background in telecommunications, IT, or related digital infrastructure industries.
Proficiency in foreign languages other than English.
