Job description for Solution Architect at B3Networks
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing effective, scalable, and customer-centric technical solutions for the telecommunications industry. You will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that the developed software solutions meet functional, non-functional, and operational standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development or solution design, with at least 2 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Prior experience in delivering solutions for the telecommunications industry (e.g., OSS/BSS, network systems, billing, CRM, provisioning, etc.).
Skills:
- Strong understanding of telecommunications concepts (e.g., GSM, LTE, 5G, IMS, VoIP).
- Proficient in system architecture design, including API integration, microservices, and enterprise application integration.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise software development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) and database technologies (e.g., SQL/NoSQL).
- Knowledge of security best practices, performance tuning, and high-availability architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
