Job description for Solar PV / PLTS Project Engineer at PT Xurya Daya Indonesia
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals
- Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
- Track project accomplishments
- Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success
- Project management: Overseeing the design, construction, and installation of solar PV systems to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinating with key stakeholders including engineers, subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).
- Client liaison: Maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Flexibility: Being willing to travel within the Indonesia to oversee project sites and manage on-site activities.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Experience in Renewable energy: Proven experience as a Project Manager / Engineer in the renewable energy sector or related infrastructure fields, particularly during the construction phase.
Industry knowledge: A solid understanding of the renewable energy industry, with a specific focus on commercial solar PV design.
