Job description for Solar Engineer at PT Optima Daya Energi
Requirements :
- Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD is a must
- Experience in using PV Simulation Software (Helioscope, PVSyst, Homer), ETAP
- Strong work experience in power system design and analysis
- Having experience at solar system company
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passionate in Renewable Energy industry
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
- Competent basic product knowledge of Solar Energy / Solar Light / Forklift / UPS / Water Pump is a plus
Job Description :
- Designing, developing, and analyzing electrical power systems to clients to solve their problems (PLTS On-Grid, Hybrid, and Off-Grid)
- Conduct site survey and field work
- Conduct presentations to clients about customized solution offering
- Work collaboratively within internal team from offices in Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, and Bali
- Participating in testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment
- Handling planning and operation of electrical distribution networks
- Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Developing strategies for integrating renewable energy sources into the power system
