Job description for Software Technical Support at PT Nusantara Compnet Integrator
- Taking ownership of software issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve software issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, IT Support, Application Support or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic software technical issues
- Good knowledge of database, SQL, and operating system
- Good communication skill
- Able to think logically and analytically
- Good in problem-solving skills
