Job description for Software Quality Assurance at HAND Enterprise Solutions Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing of systems and applications.
- Identify, record, and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Ensure that new and existing features meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and test results.
- Participate in regression, performance, unit, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support release management and post-deployment validation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information System or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- familiar with the testing process and proficient in test case design methods.
- Good understanding of RDBMS (PostgreSQL is preferred)
- Good understanding of HTML,JSON, REST API
- Familiarity with Redis and Kafka is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skill, ability to analyze complex system.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a desire and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
