Job description for Software Quality Assurance at Talent Tech
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the role of Quality Assurance within the software development process.
- Proven experience as a Manual Tester for web and/or mobile applications.
- Ability to understand and analyze system and business requirements as the basis for designing test activities.
- Capable of creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Deployment Testing, and Pilot Testing, as well as preparing clear and well-structured bug reports.
- Proficient in using QA collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Familiar with data validation tools and database querying using SQL and MySQL.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptable to new tools, processes, and technologies.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in Automation Testing, API Testing, and/or working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
