Job description for Software Quality Assurance at Aria
Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
- Create and execute test plans and scenarios to ensure that all objectives are met.
- Execute test plans and scenarios to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Identify bugs within the development, staging, and production environment.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Compile and analyze bug testing reports.
- Ensure the product requirements are met during the testing process.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Proactively suggest improvements for our product and methodologies
Qualification Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail.
