We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to help ensure product quality and deliver a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience translating requirements into test scenarios and test cases
- Understanding of banking business processes
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle
- Familiar with testing types: Functional, Regression, Smoke, UAT, and Exploratory Testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and edge cases
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
What You'll Do
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, and API testing
- Validate testing results and analyze issues/bugs
- Create clear bug reports including steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results
- Collaborate with teams to improve testing quality and processes
- Maintain testing environments and support product quality improvements
Tools & Knowledge
- API Testing: Postman
- Bug Tracking: Jira, Trello, or Linear
- Test Management: TestRail or Zephyr
- Familiar with Confluence, Notion, or Google Docs
- Able to use Browser DevTools (Network & Console)
- Familiarity with logs and monitoring tools (Kibana, Datadog, Grafana) is a plus
- Ability to read console logs and stack traces is a plus
