As a Software Field Engineer, you will be the primary liaison between clients and our technical team to ensure smooth software implementation.
You will be responsible for providing on-site support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that the software solutions offered meet our
clients' business operational needs.
Responsibilities
Perform software installation, configuration, and testing at the client's location.
Ensure the software functions properly according to the required specifications.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise on-site.
Deliver training and technical support to end-users.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance product functionality and efficiency.
Maintain good relationships with clients and identify further business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in software development or a similar position
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Laravel, Vue, and Golang.
Willingness to travel for business trips to client locations.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Understanding of ML or AI development flow is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
