Job Description:

Mengembangkan dan mengelola fitur untuk Super App (iOS, Android, dan Web) yang mencakup produk: crypto trading, international stock trading, gold trading, P2P lending, dan layanan finansial lainnya
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Product, UI/UX, dan Engineering untuk merancang solusi yang scalable dan user-friendly
Menulis clean, maintainable, dan efficient code menggunakan Go, Flutter, dan (opsional) Ruby
Membangun dan mengelola API serta integrasi dengan third-party services (payment, KYC, dll)
Mengoptimalkan performa aplikasi, keamanan, dan reliability sistem
Berkontribusi dalam design system architecture (microservices / distributed systems)
Melakukan code review dan memastikan best practices dalam software development
Troubleshooting, debugging, dan continuous improvement pada sistem

Kualifikasi:

Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman sebagai Software Engineer di perusahaan fintech, trading platform, atau financial services
Menguasai salah satu atau lebih: Go (backend), Flutter (mobile), atau Ruby (nilai plus)
Pengalaman dalam membangun scalable systems dan RESTful APIs
Familiar dengan arsitektur microservices dan sistem terdistribusi
Pengalaman menggunakan cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
Memahami konsep security, performance optimization, dan system reliability
Memiliki problem-solving skill yang kuat dan ownership tinggi
Mampu bekerja dalam environment yang fast-paced dan agile
