Job description for Software Engineer Intern at ErudiFi
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in software development. As an intern, you will work closely with our engineering team, contributing to real projects that will be used in production environments. You’ll have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, solve complex problems, and build impactful software.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing systems.
- Learn and apply software engineering best practices, including agile methodologies.
- Contribute to technical documentation and user guides.
- Work on projects involving web development, mobile applications, and APIs.
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss project progress and roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Passion for learning new technologies and solving challenging problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with front-end or back-end development, databases, or cloud technologies is a plus.
