Socmed Production Lead

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in leading production, creative production, or media production;
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a creative or media production team is preferred;
3. Ability to manage production schedules, timelines, and deadlines;
4. Solid understanding of social media trend and algorithms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok;
5. Solid understanding of the production process for photoshoots, video shoots, and other digital content;
6. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills;
7. Strong creative vision and aesthetic sensibility in media production, photography, and videography.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise all stages of social media content production process from pre-production through to post-production;
2. Manage production timelines, shooting schedules, and project execution for all photo and video content;
3. Coordinate with creative, social media, talent, and production teams to ensure an efficient workflow;
4. Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity, campaign goals, and current social media trends;
5. Identify and resolve production issues to ensure the output on schedule;
6. Manage production budgets, equipment, and external parties as required;
7. Analyze content performance to optimize future production strategies;
8. Up to date with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
