Requirements
- Minimum 4 Years of Experienced as Social Media Specialist;
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a social media team is preferred;
- Deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok;
- Proven ability to create engaging content that drives audience growth and interaction;
- Proficient in using editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software;
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills;
- Highly responsible, organized, and skilled in motivating and leading a cohesive team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the social media team and oversee all content creation;
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement;
- Create and brief the team on monthly content calendars and campaign schedules across all social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok;
- Continuously monitor social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance;
- Analyze social media insights and performance reports to provide strategic recommendations;
- Coordinate with the creative, marketing, talent, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution;
- Guarantee all content is published on schedule and meets project deadlines;
- Develop creative ideas and innovative concepts to enhance audience engagement;
- Handle problem-solving and decision-making throughout the production and campaign processes;
