Job description for Socio Commerce Associate at PT. Dua Puluh TIga
Tanggung jawab jabatan:
- Menjawab percakapan yang masuk dan mengirimkan broadcast melalui platform Whatsapp Business dan Chat Website brand
- Melakukan setting harga ketika ada promo dan perubahan harga di website brand
- Membuat ringkasan campaign yang akan dilaksanakan bulan depannya
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim lain terkait pergerakan barang stock
- Melakukan update kepada dashboard e-commerce
- Mengatur dan menghandle uang kas Whatsapp Business
- Membuat daily report sales untuk finance, monthly business review, dan report weekly sales comparison
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki skill komunikasi dan persuasi yang baik dengan customer
- Memiliki emotional intelligence yang baik
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel
- Dapat melakukan analisis data dari promo yang berjalan
- Memiliki dan mengetahui konsep Customer Service Excellence
- Dapat menggunakan teknologi-teknologi terkini
- Menguasai platform-platform yang digunakan untuk berhubungan dengan customer
