Job Description
- Plan, create, and schedule content (captions, images, videos, reels/short-form content) across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and campaign goals
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and social media campaigns
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions to build community and maintain brand reputation
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep content relevant and competitive
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual branding across platforms
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) in coordination with the marketing team
- Support influencer or partnership collaborations, including outreach and coordination when needed
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, company, or agency
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a good understanding of brand voice and audience targeting
- Portfolio of previous social media content or campaigns (a plus, not mandatory for entry-level candidates)
- Proficiency in design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite)
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Solid understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices across major platforms
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent brand voice consistently
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams (design, marketing, content)
- Background in digital/fintech industries is a plus, especially for brands operating in tech-related sectors
- Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels (awareness, engagement, conversion)
- Willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and content formats quickly
