Job Description
• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with company and business objectives.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars, including product showcases, educational content, Reels, TikTok, Stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Lead and coordinate content production, including photography, videography, graphic design, copywriting, and on-site content creation.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media advertising, product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and Business Development teams to support product marketing and lead generation.
• Develop marketing content for building materials, furniture, interior products, and related product categories, translating technical product information into engaging content.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and social media trends to identify marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, KOLs/influencers, vendors, distributors, dealers, contractors, architects, and interior designers when required.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, including reach, engagement, leads, campaign performance, and ROI/ROAS, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Supervise and coordinate the Social Media/Content/Marketing team, ensuring projects are completed on time and according to brand standards.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related roles.
• At least 2 year of supervisory/team-lead experience is preferred.
• Experience in building materials, furniture, interior design, architecture, construction, home living, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and paid social media advertising.
• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager/Business Suite; knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Proficient in or familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media analytics, and campaign performance.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
• Portfolio of previous social media or marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
