Job description for Social Media Strategist at PT Pangkat Dua Bersama
Can you look at a project, a process, a conversation, or even an ordinary day at work and think: “There’s content in this.”
Good. Keep reading.
Pangkat Dua is looking for a Social Media Strategist who can turn our work, ideas, people, and projects into content that people actually want to pay attention to.
This isn’t just about keeping the feed alive.
We want someone who can think about the strategy, find the angle, shape the story, execute it with the team, read the results, and figure out what we should do next.
What You’ll Do
• Turn brand and business objectives into social media strategies
• Develop content pillars and monthly/weekly content calendars
• Find stories and content opportunities across our projects, people, processes, and expertise
• Develop concepts, hooks, angles, and content directions
• Create clear briefs and collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative teams
• Write and refine captions and social copy
• Manage content publishing and quality control
• Monitor performance and turn data into actionable insights
• Experiment with formats, topics, and approaches based on what you learn
• Manage social media campaigns from planning to execution
• Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, trends, and audience conversations
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Sales, Design, and Project teams
You’ll Probably Fit If
• You have 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Digital Marketing
• You understand Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and how audiences behave differently across platforms
• You can tell the difference between “this looks cool” and “this actually works”
• You have strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• You know how to turn an idea into a clear creative brief
• You’re comfortable reading analytics and using them to make decisions
• You understand basic digital marketing, funnels, ads, and conversion
• You can think strategically and still get your hands dirty with execution
• You’re organized, curious, collaborative, and proactive
Experience or interest in architecture, interiors, design, construction, or the creative industry is definitely a plus.
Familiar with Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools? Even better.
What Matters to Us
We don’t need someone chasing every trend.
We need someone who knows which trends are worth joining, which ones aren’t, and when creating our own conversation makes more sense.
Good ideas matter.
Good execution matters too.
And being able to explain why something worked? Even better.
Sounds like your kind of challenge?
