The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who goes beyond making content — someone who can think strategically, build monthly plans grounded in data, and bring fresh ideas to execution. You’ll manage social media end-to-end across multiple clients and work closely with our creative team, influencers, and brand partners.
If you also know your way around Meta Ads — not just boosting, but actual campaign management — that’s a strong plus.
What You’ll Do
• Own social media channels end-to-end: strategy, planning, content creation, execution, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation
• Develop monthly content strategies based on performance data and client briefs
• Stay on top of digital trends and turn them into relevant, engaging content
• Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and creative partners
• Collaborate with designers and videographers for content production
• Present monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Support or manage Meta Ads campaigns for clients (strong advantage)
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of social media experience, ideally at a creative or digital agency
• Up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and platform trends
• Full of content ideas — and sharp enough to know which ones are worth executing
• Analytical mindset: comfortable reading performance data and turning it into content decisions
• Experience coordinating with influencers or KOLs
• Familiar with Meta Ads or genuinely eager to learn
• Organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once
Nice to Have
• Hands-on Meta Ads experience via Ads Manager (not just boosting)
• A portfolio of content strategies or campaigns you can walk us through
• Familiar with project management tools
