RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Define content pillars, content calendars, and social media positioning.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and activation strategies.
- Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Align social media initiatives with overall business and marketing goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve social media performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, especially in the fashion industry.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for fashion audiences.
- Experience in developing social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand image.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior on social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization).
