Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, captions, and content calendars aligned with company goals.
- Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to audience interactions.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and business teams to produce impactful content.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, digital marketing, and technology industry insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiar with social media analytics and management tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS, or software house industries is preferred.
- Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
