Social Media Specialist
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Specialist who understands social media trends, can manage accounts, run ads, and create performance reports. You should also be comfortable using AI tools and willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media activities, including scheduling posts, publishing content, and replying to comments and messages.
- Create content plans based on brand goals and target audiences.
- Write captions and prepare clear briefs for designers and video editors.
- Run and improve campaigns on Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads, including audience targeting and budget management.
- Track content and ad performance, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements.
- Follow social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Use AI tools to support research, content ideas, copywriting, and daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Experience running social media ads.
- Able to understand performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
- Able to turn data into clear reports and useful recommendations.
- Good writing, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to adapt trends to suit different brands.
- Familiar with AI tools and open to learning new ways of working.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
