Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of remote work and on-site activities).
Location Requirement: Applicants must be currently based in Jakarta or the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area.
On-Site Availability: Must be willing and able to attend in-person meetings, content production sessions, corporate wellness programs, and events across Jakarta as required.
Flexibility: Availability for occasional weekend or out-of-town events may be required, with prior coordination.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Specialist who can translate our vision into compelling digital storytelling, strengthen our brand presence, and turn content into meaningful audience growth and business opportunities.
What You'll Do
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Micro Mindfulness's brand positioning, marketing objectives, and business goals.
- Own and manage our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including our signature programs and sub-brands.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
- Identify relevant trends, audience insights, and opportunities to strengthen our digital presence.
- Content Creation & Production
- Conceptualize, produce, and publish engaging content, including Instagram carousels, Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and campaign materials.
- Handle photography and videography using a Canon camera for wellness sessions, events, retreats, and brand activities
- Create visual assets using Canva and edit short-form videos for various platforms.
- Develop compelling captions, storytelling concepts, and calls to action that reflect Micro Mindfulness's brand identity.
- Coordinate content production with internal teams, wellness experts, and external collaborators.
- Digital Advertising & Campaigns
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage audience targeting, campaign objectives, budgets, and performance monitoring.
- Support marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, event registrations, community growth, leads, and conversions.
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
- Social Media Performance & Growth
- Monitor and analyze key social media metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on audience behavior and campaign results.
- Ensure social media activities contribute to measurable brand and business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing & Community, Corporate Wellness, and Event & Partnership teams to support business objectives.
- Translate ongoing programs, events, partnerships, and corporate wellness sessions into valuable digital content.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Who We're Looking For
- Based in Jakarta and willing to work in a hybrid arrangement, including on-site content production, meetings, and event coverage when required.
- Has at least 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (preferably along the lines of wellness, health, or fitness)
- Has a genuine interest in holistic wellness and an active personal wellness journey, whether through movement, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, or mental wellbeing.
- Comfortable operating a Canon camera for photography and videography.
- Proficient in Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of each platform's content formats and best practices.
- Able to independently set up, manage, and optimize campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, content performance, and audience growth strategies
- Has a good eye for design, aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growing team.
- Able to provide a portfolio of previous social media work, including content examples and campaign results.
- Experience in wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, or community-driven brands is a plus.

Our Recruitment Process
Step 1 — Creative Assessment: Instagram Carousel Mock-Up
As the first step of our recruitment process, applicants will be asked to create a mock Instagram carousel based on our website
The carousel should communicate:
- Who We Are: What is Micro Mindfulness, and what do we stand for?
- What We Offer: What products, services, and wellness experiences do we provide?
- How to Connect With Us: How can individuals, communities, or businesses get in touch with us?
Submission Requirements:
- 5–7 Instagram carousel slides.
- Designed using Canva
- A short Instagram caption accompanying the carousel.
- Submitted as a PDF or view-only Canva link.
We will evaluate your brand understanding, visual storytelling, creativity, clarity of communication, and ability to translate information into engaging social media content.
Step 2 — Portfolio Review & Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to discuss their portfolio, social media experience, campaign performance, technical skills, and approach to growing Micro Mindfulness's digital presence.
