Position: Social Media Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design creative visual content and coordinate with internal or external creative teams when required.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, and external agencies for campaign execution.
- Ensure all content complies with company branding guidelines and relevant pharmaceutical advertising regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Graphic Design is highly preferred. Degrees in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields are also welcome.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- Must have a strong portfolio showcasing social media content, graphic design, and campaign execution.
- Experience handling FMCG brands is required; experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Consumer Health products is an advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
- Familiar with short-form video creation and editing for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, content planning, and audience engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and other social media management tools is preferred.
- Creative thinker with excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Strong communication, project management, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
