Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan daily, weekly, monthly engaging social media activities and posts (Instagram, Tiktok).
• Create, write, edit and quality control social media posts.
• Willing to shoot/edit Tiktok videos & Instagram reels.
• Coordinate with relevant teams (Design, Brand, Ads) to create content, activities and posts.
• Keep track and report on social media insights (Example, engagement rate, traffic, saves, shares).
• Giving feedback and input to internal teams related to social media activity.
• Respond to questions, comments and problems on social media pages in a timely manner and with accurate answers.
Qualifications (Must have)
• Aware of the current trends of the beauty industry and social media trends.
• Extroverted Beauty Enthusiast, highly interested in social engagement and human interaction.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera for content purposes (Example: TikTok Content).
• Discipline and have strong time management skill.
• Good communication and collaboration skill.
Qualifications (Good to have)
• 2 years of experience in relevant tasks
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Fluent in English both written/verbal
• AI Savvy & experiences in Tiktok Ads
• Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.
