Job description for Social Media Spesialist at Junior Lab Indonesia
- Manage and grow Junior Lab Indonesia’s social media presence.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and branding.
- Manage, create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and educational content tailored to our target audience (parents and educators).
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to improve future strategies.
- Develop and implement effective ad strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Prepare and launch creative, educational campaigns that engage parents and inspire educational growth for children, including managing KOL partnerships and coordinating both online and offline events.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, audience behaviors, tools and innovative approaches especially in education or STEAM content.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Spesialist or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Social Media Growth Expertise: Proven experience growing accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a deep understanding of their algorithms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights)
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut).
- Basic proficiency in English, with skills in writing and speaking relevant to a professional work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with educational or STEAM content is a plus.
