Responsibilities:
- Developing compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Planning and executing social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, and contests.
- Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive relationships with the online community.
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow followership, increase engagement, and achieve marketing goals.
- Monitoring social media channels for trends and opportunities, analyzing performance metrics, and using data to optimize strategies.
- Ensuring consistent branding across all social media channels and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Keeping up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure effective strategies.
- Working closely with other departments to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in creative agency.
- Creativity and the ability to generate original ideas while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, a strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Broad knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, and technologies.
- Have interest in digital platforms, particularly in social media, and a willingness to learn more about these digital industries.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to collaborate with team members.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts.
- Familiar with social media tools for creating reports.
- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on ideas.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
