Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Manage daily activities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and monitoring
- Develop content ideas, captions, and campaign concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to produce high-quality content
- Monitor and analyze social media performance (engagement, reach, growth, CTR, etc.)
- Optimize content strategy based on data insights and trends
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interaction
- Support execution of campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience in content planning and social media strategy
- Familiar with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with good sense of trend, visual, and storytelling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
