Job Description:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business goals. Identify and target key audiences, and tailor content to meet their interests and needs; Content Creation:Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics. Ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Manage and update social media profiles and pages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc; Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Engagement and Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and mentions; Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure performance and ROI. Prepare and present regular reports on social media activities, trends, and insights.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling campaign materials.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices; Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirement :
- At least 2 - 3 years related work experience from beauty industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Familiar with social media management tools
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
