- Proven experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram & TikTok (experience with TikTok Shop/Shopee is a plus).
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or similar platforms) in the creative workflow to assist with copywriting, content ideation, asset generation, and process optimization is a MUST.
- Responsible for end-to-end management of the company's social media accounts (strategy, content planning, execution, and evaluation)
- Strong ability to develop creative concepts and generate fresh, engaging content ideas from scratch.
- Able to create content calendars and campaign plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Involved in social media activations, campaign executions, and event-related activities when required.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, audience engagement, and content performance optimization to maximize reach.
- Proficient in performance tracking (engagement, reach, growth, conversion) and able to derive actionable insights.
- Skilled in basic graphic design and short-form video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
- Possess basic hardware skills to manage, set up, and troubleshoot studio/content creation equipment (cameras, lighting rigs, microphones, smartphones, and basic office computing peripherals).
- Strong communication skills, creative mindset, highly collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
