Job description for Social Media Specialist at PT Digi Porta Semesta
Job Description :
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across various platforms using Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to enhance engagement.
- Track and analyze key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) to assess content effectiveness.
- Together with Digital Strategist, prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Research competitors and industry trends to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize based on analytics.
Requirements :
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts with strong engagement and growth.
- Excellent English written skills
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple account effectively.
- Proficient with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics)
