Requirement
- Minimum S1 in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field
- 1+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/Officer, preferably in a digital agency
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends, formats, and algorithms.
- Good copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiar with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, scheduling tools) and basic analytics
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple accounts and deadlines
Job Description
- Execute day-to-day social media activities across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other assigned platforms based on the approved content plan
- Create and schedule posts, including captions, hashtags, and visual direction, according to brand guidelines
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner
- Monitor trends, sounds, and viral formats, and propose relevant content ideas quickly
- Track content performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports (reach, engagement, views, follower growth, etc.)
- Support the Social Media Manager in campaign execution, content optimization, and A/B testing
- Conduct basic competitor and audience monitoring to identify content opportunities
- Stay updated with platform features, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Experience in digital agency and portfolio showing UGC video is a plus
