We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist with strong video production skills to join our growing real estate agency!

Requirement：
- With 2 years of proven Instagram management experience, specifically within the real estate, hospitality, architecture, or interior design industries. (successful with both organic traffic and paid ads).
- Expert in phone/camera video shooting & editing, with a sharp eye for luxury architecture and villa styling.
- Able to do simple graphic design/text overlays with a clean, premium aesthetic.
- Indonesian based in Bali, fluent in English (written and spoken).
Must Have:
- Strong Ownership: Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Reference style alignment (Ins account) : thetropicaldoorbali, casitamx, suasarealestate, gdassociatesbali, and nouruluwatu.
- Flexibility to shoot on-site at luxury villas and meet weekly in Canggu for alignment.
Plus Factors (Bonus - Not Required):
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance creativity and workflow.
- Able to speak Chinese or Turkish.
