PT Invens Sukses Indonesia is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team in North Jakarta, Indonesia. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for digital presence management, building, managing, and scaling a brand’s digital presence across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for Vacuum Cleaner and Powerbank brands. Driving the company’s high-level marketing strategy into engaging daily content, active community growth, and measurable brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Scaling: Own, build, and scale a brand’s presence across key platforms to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the audience in the comments and DMs to build a loyal community.
- Optimization & Growth: Analyze platform algorithms, run social SEO, and study performance metrics to constantly improve results.
- Social Customer Care: Advanced communication skills to act as a front-line brand advocate, managing critical customer service issues and PR triage directly in comments or DMs.
- Project Management: High proficiency with collaboration platforms and internal scheduling tools to manage creative workflows across teams.
- High Sense of Aesthetics: Strong eye for visual design, layout composition, and creating premium, trendy, and cohesive brand visuals.
- Trend-Jacking & Copywriting: Instantly spotting viral sounds, memes, and hooks, and translating them into sharp, brand-aligned captions.
- Algorithm & SEO Mastery: Understanding platform triggers (watch time, shares, saves) and optimizing captions with keywords for platform search.
- Data Analysis: Reading metrics to understand why a video performed well and using those insights to adjust the future content calendar.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience 2-3 years as a Social Media Specialist, Copywriter, or in a similar role with strong portofolio.
- Good communication in English.
- Familiar with Social Media standards (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
- Up-to-date with current social media trends.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Team player and enjoys interacting/collaboration with others teams (KOL, Graphic Design, Videographer, etc).
- Comfortable, expressive, and confident appearing in front of the camera for video content.
- A strong track record of growing their own social media presence, proving they practically understand audience dynamics.
- Willing to WFO at Pluit - North Jakarta (Monday-Friday).
