Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, audience engagement, and social media trends, with a strong ability to execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
What You'll Do :
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including captions, visuals, short videos, and campaign materials.
- Manage daily social media activities, including responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep content relevant and competitive.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, growth, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
What We Need:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
- Has experiences 2-3 years in FMCG industry, especially in food and beverage.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for hiking.
- Actively working in social media, or related fields with proven achievements in growing audience engagement, increasing brand awareness, or delivering successful campaign results.
- Skilled in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, AI or similar platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
