Job Description
- Develop and execute social media content plans, briefs, and schedules aligned with business and campaign objectives
- Closely collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Threads)
- Manage monthly editorial calendar, monitor performance, monthly reporting, and identify opportunities to accelerate audience growth and engagement
- Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and user behavior; particularly within the MSME and fintech industry
- Drive engagement and collaborations with KOLs, creators, media partners, and relevant communities
- Conduct social listening, competitor benchmarking, and performance analysis to generate actionable insights and content recommendations
Candidate Requirement
- Min. 2 years of experience in social media, content marketing, KOL marketing, or related fields
- Experience as a content creator is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok and Threads
- Skilled in content planning, copywriting, storytelling, and creative development
- Familiar with social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
- Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
