Job description
1. Social Media & Content Management
Develop a content calendar to outline monthly posting schedules across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google My Business.
Produce high-quality creative assets, including taking picture and shooting short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) of dishes, events, and behind-the-scenes action.
Write compelling copy and captions that reflect the restaurant’s brand voice, using relevant hashtags and local keywords.
Engage with the community by responding promptly and professionally to direct messages, comments, and online reviews.
2. Marketing Strategies & Campaign Execution
Design promotional programs, such as holiday discounts, menu bundles, or happy hour specials, to boost daily sales.
Manage influencer marketing by identifying, pitching to, and coordinating collaborations with local food bloggers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Run targeted digital ads using Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook) and TikTok Ads to reach local audiences and food enthusiasts.
Coordinate offline marketing materials, working with graphic designers or printers to create physical menus, banners, flyers, and table tents.
3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, website clicks, and campaign ROI.
Analyze viral food trends and competitor strategies to keep the restaurant's marketing fresh and relevant.
Prepare monthly reports for management, highlighting successful campaigns and outlining data-driven suggestions for future growth.
