Key Responsibilities:
- Create all photo and video content for TikTok, threads and Instagram (Reels, TikTok videos, feed photos, stories).
- Develop weekly and monthly content plans aligned with marketing objectives.
- Prepare all marketing materials, including content concepts, scripts, briefs, shot lists, and visual assets.
- Conduct research on TikTok, threads and Instagram trends to produce relevant, engaging, and algorithm-friendly content.
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent content across both platforms.
- Handle the full content production process (shooting, editing, publishing).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze content performance and create regular evaluation reports.
- Maintain the brand’s visual identity and tone across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Skilled in creating photo and video content (shooting + basic editing).
- Strong understanding of TikTok, threads and Instagram, including current trends.
- Creative, communicative, and has a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Able to work efficiently, adapt quickly to trending topics, and manage deadlines.
- Experience creating content for F&B or bakery brands is a plus.
