Job description for Social Media Specialist at BRÛLÉE
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Specialist to manage and grow multiple brands through impactful content and meaningful digital engagement.
This role is more than just managing social media—you'll be responsible for developing content strategies, planning campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with our creative team to bring ideas to life. You'll also support personal branding initiatives and ensure every brand has a unique, consistent voice.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with each brand's goals and target audience.
- Manage multiple brands across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas for each brand.
- Create content briefs and work closely with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce engaging content.
- Write compelling captions and oversee content publishing.
- Manage community engagement and maintain each brand's tone of voice.
- Analyze content performance, identify insights, and continuously optimize strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Support personal branding initiatives for founders or key individuals when required.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Strategist, Brand Executive, or similar role.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands or social media accounts simultaneously.
- Experience handling personal branding for founders, executives, or public figures is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Able to develop end-to-end content strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media insights and performance metrics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple brands and deadlines.
- Comfortable collaborating with photographers, videographers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Passion for F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus
