Job description for Social Media Specialist at OXVA Indonesia
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing the brand’s social media platforms, creating content plans, developing creative content ideas, and supporting digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
2. Create monthly content plans and content calendars based on campaigns, products, events, and promotions.
3. Develop creative content ideas that follow current trends and match the brand identity.
4. Write captions, video scripts, headlines, and social media copy.
5. Coordinate with designers, videographers, KOLs, and internal teams for content production.
6. Schedule and publish social media content according to the approved timeline.
7. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
8. Analyze social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, and views.
9. Prepare simple weekly or monthly social media reports.
10. Support product launches, events, giveaways, campaigns, and brand activations.
Requirements:
1. Experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
2. Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social media trends.
3. Good copywriting and communication skills.
4. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
5. Able to work with teams, talents, KOLs, and creative partners.
6. Willing to support events and content shoots when needed.
7. Must be comfortable in front of the lens with a polished, camera-ready appearance
