SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Responsibilites:
1.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and reach new audiences.
2.Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
3.Plan and create creative and engaging content.
4.Proactively spot trends and improve users' engagement.
5.Analyze social media performance and create reports.
6.Communicate with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
7.Creativity to make fresh content idea,fun and out of the box.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree from any major.
2.Have at least 2-3 years of experience in developing Social Media platforms.
3.Experienced in handling TikTok/Instagram.
4.Creative and proactive in keeping up with trends and knowledge in social media.
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
6.Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills
7.Have a keen eye on design and aesthetics
8.Basic knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Canva, Cap Cut, or similar)
9.Willing to do fully WFO
10.Creative thinking and attention to detail.
