Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies, content pillars, and content plans aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to identify relevant content and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, and Video teams to ensure content is aligned with the social media direction.
- Analyze content performance and audience insights to optimize engagement, reach, and overall social media performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and digital trends.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, with basic short-form video editing knowledge.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
