Job Description:
1. Plan and execute social media content for Instagram and TikTok, especially for makeup and beauty brands.
2. Develop creative content ideas, captions, and concepts based on brand identity, audience preferences, and current trends.
3. Create content briefs and coordinate with content creators, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners.
4. Assist in content production, including basic graphic design, video editing, and other social media materials.
5. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities.
6. Track content performance and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
7. Ensure all content is published according to the content calendar and meets brand guidelines.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness and social media growth.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
2. Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, preferably for makeup or beauty brands.
3. Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
4. Creative and able to develop engaging content ideas for beauty and cosmetics brands.
5. Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
6. Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting.
7. Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
8. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
9. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
10. Portfolio is mandatory. Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their previous social media content or projects.
