Social Media Specialist for FASHION BRAND
Job Descriptions:
- Support brand identity, brand guidelines, brand value, and brand awareness through consistent content execution.
- Lead and direct the creative team (content creators, designers, videographers)
- Manage and develop content strategies across all social media platforms
- Create content ideas, campaign concepts, captions, hooks, scripts, and storytelling angles for fashion products.
- Create creative concepts for campaigns (photoshoots, videos, reels, etc.)
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies accordingly
- Stay updated with the latest social media and fashion industry trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and brand development
Qualifications:
- Female
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, e-commerce, or retail industry is a plus
- Creative, innovative, and possesses strong visual taste
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Having a portfolio of content or campaigns is a plus
