Social Media Specialist (Ciara Malaysia Instagram Account)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute daily content and impactful social media campaigns across platforms.
Plan and manage weekly & monthly content calendars with a strategic approach.
Support end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to launch.
Analyze content performance (weekly/monthly) and optimize strategies based on insights.
Collaborate closely with design, campaign, and KOL teams to deliver engaging and relevant content.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist with a strong portfolio (beauty industry experience is a plus).
Creative mindset with strong content sense and engaging copywriting skills.
Able to analyze insights & metrics to improve content performance.
Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Experience handling brand social media campaigns is a plus.
Proficiency in Malay and English is a strong advantage.
