JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who is creative, young-minded, up-to-date with fashion and social media trends, and skilled in creating and managing digital content. This position will be responsible for developing and managing social media content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and brand image.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and develop the company’s social media accounts according to the brand’s identity and characteristics.
• Create content plans and social media content calendars.
• Create content in various formats, including photos, videos, Reels, TikTok, Stories, and other digital content.
• Conduct photo and video shoots for products and brand activities.
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas that are relevant to the target audience.
• Stay updated on fashion, lifestyle, social media trends, and viral content.
• Write engaging captions and copy that align with the brand voice.
• Edit photos and videos for social media content.
• Monitor content performance and prepare reports on engagement and social media growth.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, A&P, Merchandising, and Fashion teams in developing content.
• Ensure all published content follows the company’s brand standards and identity.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Creative, or a related field.
• Young-minded, creative, active, and passionate about fashion and social media.
• Up-to-date with fashion, lifestyle, digital, and social media trends.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, Digital Marketing Specialist, or related position.
• Able to conduct photo and video shoots for content creation.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
• Familiar with managing and developing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand identity.
• Able to work with targets, deadlines, and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A portfolio of social media and/or content creation work is an advantage.
